Working directly for the Director of Finance, The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for the following: Oversight day-to-day of account payable function ensuring all invoices are coded, complied with internal policy. Manage travel and corporate credit card expenses. Oversight day-to-day of account receivable (AR) function, including monitor customer accounts and AR aging. Manages daily lockbox, merchant batch transactions. Manage non-dues billing and collection process. Handle and resolve finance inquiries, including internal and external. Work with stakeholders to create and implement internal controls policy. Perform multiple monthly revenue reconciliations and ensure the timely reporting of all month
