Education/Experience: · Undergraduate or graduate degree in relevant discipline. · Minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing educational activities (both live, enduring materials, journal articles, internet activities and other distance learning initiatives) for health professionals (physicians, pharmacists, and others) and a documented record of achievement in these activities. · Extensive knowledge in accreditation criteria for CME and/or CPE and the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support. · Proven track record working effectively in a team that extends beyond the educational component to support the society. · Experience using learning management and submissions systems. · Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships. · Excellent written and verbal communications. · Strong organizational and record keeping skills. Computer Skills: Proficiency in CommPartners/Cadmium Learning Management Systems and Cadmium Submission Systems highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. General AMS and LMS experience required, proficiency in the web-based iMIS database.
