The director of information systems is responsible for the maintenance, integrity, and efficiency of the sorority’s information technology operations including the membership database and information systems and serves as the subject matter expert with external consultants and related administrative functions including the maintenance of an accurate data and efficient extraction of data for analysis and reporting.   Plan, maintains, and develops strategies for the Sigma Kappa membership database and collaborate with staff on systems tied to the database. Use Intelligent Query Architects (IQAs) to create data pulls requested by staff and train staff on creating their own reports, as needed. Manages relationships with key third-party vendors to provide infor
