Fully remote with some in-person events- must live in the state of Washington. This is an entry level management position for someone who has a few years experience as a member services/recruitment rep, specialist, or similar role. This position oversees development, planning, and management of WSCAI’s membership initiatives, including membership applications process and member retention and recruitment efforts. Develops regular reports on membership metrics and may recommend/develop new member programs and services. Serves as the direct contact for manager and homeowner members. Provides information to managers on their credentials, credits, and event registrations. Reports to the Executive Director. Serves as staff liaison to the membership committee. Compiles and reports membership information to the membership committee and Board of Directors on a monthly basis. In charge of the annual membership drive with assistance from the membership committee. Will be tasked with promoting all events, programs, and offerings to members. Works with Executive Director, committees, and Board of Directors to develop strategic goals and annual metrics/KPIs. Identifies need for new services and develops content, scope, and cost of new service programs. May update member records and/or be responsible for the integrity of the membership database/association management system. Other duties as assigned. Must reside in the state of Washington or relocate within 90 days of accepting job offer.
Salary range is based on years of experience and overall qualifications.

Bachelors Degree
1-3 years experience in member services or membership recruitment.
1-3 years marketing in association membership recruitment desired.
Must be able to use Microsoft suite of applications (word, excel, etc)

We are the Washington State Community Associations Institute (WSCAI). As a nonprofit, we provide education and resources to the over 1,200 homeowner members, 500 plus professional community manager members, and over 200 service provider members.
We serve our members, not special interest groups or developers and we do not donate to politicians, but we do lobby on behalf of our homeowner and manager members.
WSCAI serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations (homeowners associations (HOAs), condominiums, co-ops and Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) for the entire state of Washington. WSCAI is the third largest chapter of 64 nationally and internationally.
