Fully remote with some in-person events- must live in the state of Washington. This is an entry level management position for someone who has a few years experience as a member services/recruitment rep, specialist, or similar role. This position oversees development, planning, and management of WSCAI’s membership initiatives, including membership applications process and member retention and recruitment efforts. Develops regular reports on membership metrics and may recommend/develop new member programs and services. Serves as the direct contact for manager and homeowner members.
