NALP is seeking a full-time Membership Marketing Manager (with a strong focus in digital marketing) who will report to the Associate Director of Marketing, Events & Membership. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in paid social, paid search, retargeting, lead generation, LinkedIn and Facebook ads, campaign automation, and campaign management.
We're looking for a collaborative and effective team player to join our fast-paced but fun and collaborative marketing team. This person will work closely with our membership team to execute targeted recruitment and retention campaigns through print, trade press, digital advertising, and email marketing.
This role is remote, coming into the office quarterly and for in-person meetings and training as needed. The candidate needs to live within a reasonable driving distance of our office in Fairfax, VA. Travel to events is required a few times a year.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field is preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Strong digital marketing skills - Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, Feathr experience is a plus
Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing platform
iMIS experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic design skills in Canva (or other design platform) or video editing skills a plus
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve issues
MS Office Suite required
Proficient in the use of all forms of media including social, industry-related software, computers, copiers, and other office equipment
Ability to work in a busy environment in an organized and professional manner
