Key Responsibilities:
1. Championing Membership Activation: Your primary focus will be to meet or exceed the monthly activation goal for new members in your assigned territory. Your innovative sales strategies will be the driving force behind this endeavor.
2. Building a Prospective Pipeline: You'll craft a robust pipeline of prospects by leveraging referrals, tradeshows, strategic partnerships, and in-depth research. Your ability to nurture these leads will be a key asset.
3. Tradeshows Extraordinaire: Representing PPAI at tradeshows, you'll work your magic to entice new members into joining our association. Your skills will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our tradeshows.
4. Master of Logistics: Take charge of managing the logistics and shipments for our tradeshow booth. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure everything runs like clockwork.
5. Retention Wizard: Strengthening territory retention is crucial, and you'll be instrumental in ensuring we meet or exceed an impressive 88% retention rate. Your member engagement touchpoints via email, video conferences, and chat will make all the difference.
6. The Art of Outbound Calls: Your day will be filled with outbound calls to both current members and prospective ones, all in support of achieving departmental goals. Expect to make a meaningful impact with every conversation.
7. Handling All Inbound: Whether it's calls, chats, or emails, you'll be the first point of contact for our members. Your impeccable service will leave a lasting impression.
8. Master of Records: Ensure that member records are not just accurate but also well-maintained. Your attention to detail will be critical in this role.
9. Guided by Excellence: Follow departmental guidelines, as outlined in our policies and procedures, to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Minimum requirement: High school diploma. A Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing is preferred.
· A minimum of 4 years of experience in Outbound Phone Sales (handling 80 calls per day).
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in Tradeshow.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, would make Shakespeare proud.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
· Must be able to travel.
