The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is currently seeking an association/business professional to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO).  Serving under ASCE’s Executive Director (ED) and acting under the authority of the Board of Direction, the COO is the second-in-command staff officer of the Society and its affiliates.  Founded in 1852, ASCE is one of the nation’s largest professional societies, representing more than 150,000 members in 177 countries worldwide.  Recognized for its technical and professional services, ASCE offers an extensive array of technical and professional conferences, continuing educational opportunities, career services for members at all stages of their career, and more.  With deep technical capabilities, ASCE operates nine Technical Institute
