The Director of Membership and Marketing Services is a key position in a small and growing trade association. This position is very “hands-on” and detailed oriented in communicating and engaging with our members and industry stakeholders and providing outstanding and timely customer service. The Director will develop and execute strategies to grow the membership, its top priority, by promoting the association’s member benefits including conferences and networking opportunities, educational offerings and certifications, and committees and other membership benefits.
