As the Director of Human Resources, reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, you will be responsible for the successful leadership of all areas of HR including compensation, performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, recruitment, and retention, learning and development, and more.  The Director of HR will partner with employees at all levels of the organization to deliver efficient and effective HR that meets the needs of the business and creates a top-notch employee experience.  As a leader in the organization, the Director of HR will partner with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives that support the organizations growth goals.    Essential Responsibilities
