The Manager of Member Success plays a critical role managing the Membership program’s day-to-day operations, including customer service, database administration, membership marketing, and events.  This position requires a person who is committed to delivering positive stakeholder experiences, has a firm grasp of technology, strong writing and communication skills and the ability to work with relative autonomy. In addition to executing on this work, this role leads the team toward the goal of holistic engagement among all members and delivering positive stakeholder experience.
