The Manager, Membership & Councils is responsible for overseeing key operational duties of the membership and council relations function. The manager serves as the association’s lead customer relations specialist; monitors member dues receipts and renewals; maintains the association management system; serves as the key point of contact for local councils; and acts as event registrar for NWIR conferences and events.
