We are currently looking for an individual with an understanding of ISO/IEC 17024 or ASTM E2659 standard or expertise in personnel certification/assessment-based certificates or educational measurement. gained through formal studies or previous work experience to fill the position of Manager of Accreditation.
The position is based out of our Washington, DC office but a remote work environment may be approved. This position will have a significant role and direct impact on the assessment and accreditation of ANAB credentialing programs. Overnight travel is required, including domestic and potential international travel.

Candidates will have:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. A graduate degree is preferred.
Three or more years’ experience is required in either ISO/IEC 17024, ASTM E2659, credentialing or psychometrics. Prior experience with accreditation or certification is desirable.
Experience leading a team, managing people and leading projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to balance respect, decisiveness, diplomacy and tact when dealing with others.
Integrity and confidence and professional demeanor
Understanding of quality principles.
Proficiency with Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to gain an understanding of ANAB’s management systems and associated tools.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
The ability to prioritize projects and give attention to detail while providing excellent customer service.
Understanding of the accreditation business, products, markets, personnel, outside influencers, etc.
Demonstrated capacity to embrace continuous learning and change.
