Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Development

• Develop and execute robust fundraising strategies to grow annual revenue
• Actively lead fundraising efforts including events, campaigns, and donor outreach
• Build and sustain donor relationships, expanding the Foundation’s base of support

Grants & Financial Stewardship

• Oversee successful grant applications and funder communications
• Manage organizational budget, donor proposals, and financial reporting
• Ensure sound fiscal operations, transparency, and compliance

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a passionate ambassador for the mission across stakeholders
• Cultivate partnerships with donors, hospitals, board members, and community leaders
• Work with the Board to identify and recruit new members

Organizational Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and support a small, dedicated staff team; manage hiring, training, and performance
• Oversee all programs and projects, including fundraising events such as the annual gala and fashion show
• Maintain accurate and secure data records across all operational areas

Communication & Public Presence

• Share the Foundation’s mission, impact, and data through engaging storytelling and reports
• Uphold the Foundation’s reputation and represent the organization at public events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role (nonprofit experience preferred)
• Demonstrated fundraising success and donor relationship-building experience
• Experience in grant writing and overseeing successful grant submissions
• Strong understanding of nonprofit governance and compliance
