Association Manager
The Association Manager position will have the following responsibilities: Meeting and event planning for medical specialty societies managed by MedChi Maintain effective relationships with several medical specialty societies Provide staff support to help manage the daily operations Bookkeeping, budget, and fiscal responsibility Communicate with Board and Committee Members Coordinate and work with others as a team Manage timeline and deadlines Attend meetings and take minutes Various other administrative duties to include answering the phone, copying, data entry, mail and coordinating meetings
