REPORTS TO: Vice-President, Constituency Programs and Governance
SUMMARY:Provide administrative and operational support to programs under the purview of constituency programs and governance at AGA. The constituency groups include women physicians, trainee & early-career physicians, physicians from underrepresented populations, and emerging leaders. Grant-funded program support relates to efforts to support leadership development, mentorship, and career development of underrepresented physicians and scientists and women physicians and scientists.
Administrative and technical support will include data entry and analysis within the member database, compiling agendas, drafting minutes, building digital books, event management, and administering and analyzing evaluations.
The ideal candidate has solid professional etiquette and exemplary computer and technical skills. The skills to communicate well verbally and in written communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Temporary - 1 year assignment
Part-Time / 20-25 hours per week.
Hourly wage: $30 hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support constituency and governance programs to include:
Work with staff on content development, program development, and
Assist with planning programs that address crucial constituencies'
Provide operational and administrative support for program implementation, including faculty selection, invitation, and confirmation of faculty/speakers, general correspondence, logistics, and curriculum
Support efforts to increase the engagement of designated constituencies by providing logistical support to organize in-person and virtual
Work on digital content on the web and other digital
Support the development of program budgets and track program impact by developing and analyzing
Provide administrative support for grant-funded programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs for a broad constituency.
Responsible for ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are created and
Process invoices, check requests, and travel
Perform special assignments or other duties as
Qualifications
Working towards a bachelor’s degree (B. ) from a four-year college or university; related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving
Excellent oral, written, and listening communication
