The Sales Manager is responsible for:  Soliciting new accounts and managing established/existing accounts to achieve and exceed annual guestroom revenues and food and beverage goals. Meeting and exceeding individual and team goals established annually based on budgeted revenues. Negotiating guest room rates, food & beverage minimums and meeting room rental for all segments within the association market. Responding to telephone calls, e-mails and other inquires for group business within 4-8 hours. Following up on outstanding leads in a prompt professional manner.
